Sparta again

Sunday, March 4th, In the morning decided to take some basic pictures to show you all my progress so far. Last week I had a small holiday, mixed in with some work, but still enough time to paint a lot. After this week the figures look like this:

Today I had some time at hand to get them to the next level with finishing all the decals (including a major disaster I have never had with non sticking transfers > a real pain in the ass since I had to cut all of them out one by one only to discover that the ones cut out close to the image sort of folded on themselves once applied) with an extra layer of gloss varnish to make sure the transfers did not let go again. Also I was able to remove them from there painting bases and put them on the gamebases and even go so far as to finish the first filler layer. When my schedule works out this wednesday sees me finishing them in time for the Glory or Dishonour weekend on March 10th and 11th at Uden.
